Dear Tenant,

We are partnering with a new rent collection service called Turbo Tenant.

This will replace our current service, Stripe. This convenient new service allows you to make rent payments from the comfort of your own home using your checking account, debit card or credit card. All you need to do is click on the link that is being sent to you via text or email and sign up (If you have changed phone numbers recently, please call the office to update your information). Note: This service is optional, we will still be accepting rent via money order or cashier's check.

By electing to pay your rent online through this portal, you agree to pay your full monthly rental amount per your lease agreement. Select the Pay Rent tab below and follow the instructions.

You must enter your agreed-upon monthly rental amount. A receipt of payment will be sent to the email you provided. If a receipt is not received, your payment did not go through.
