Notice to All Tenants regarding Online Rent Payments Beginning June 1, 2025

Dear Tenant,

We are partnering with a new rent collection service called Turbo Tenant.

This will replace our current service, Stripe. This convenient new service allows you to make rent payments from the comfort of your own home using your checking account, debit card or credit card. All you need to do is click on the link that is being sent to you via text or email and sign up (If you have changed phone numbers recently, please call the office to update your information). Note: Online payments can be processed through your Turbo Tenant account. This service is optional, as we will still be accepting rent via money order or cashier's check.
